When will my order be delivered?

All orders received by 12 noon Mon - Fri are despatched the same day. Royal mail 1st class takes 1 to 3 business days. Special delivery is next business day by 1pm.

Is it genuine sterling silver?

Yes, all our jewellery is made from genuine 925 sterling silver and stamped 925 and hallmarked, if required, by the Sheffield Assay Office.

What if I don't like it?

In the unlikely event that you don't like your jewellery piece you can return it within 14 days for a refund.

Will the jewellery become discoloured or tarnished over time?

All our jewellery is rhodium plated which provides a lovely bright shiny finish that is resistant to tarnishing.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit or Debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal (selected during checkout).
